Did you notice the picture of the adorable pin cushion in the article? That’s Kathy’s (semi) new pattern called Bachelor’s Button. It was originally showcased in American Patchwork and Quilting a couple years ago as a pattern called “Pin a Posy.” The project features a beautiful blue wool Bachelor’s Button or Cornflower surrounded by a pretty ruffled edge and topped off with teeny tiny black buttons in the center.
